Creating Effective Flipped Lessons
Many high school and middle school teachers have tried a flipped classroom model.  Some would say that it’s fantastic while other would say it’s not worth the hype. At its core, flipped classrooms would have the student watch a video for “homework” while the assignments would be done in class.  In this session we will look at what can be done in the planning process to make a flipped lesson effective and useful for the students. We will look at how tools such as Camtasia, ScreenCastify, Screencast-o-matic, and Nimbus Screens can be used to record content and EdPuzzle and Google Forms to deliver content students are getting the most out of flipped lessons.
